Tom O’Connor

Tom O’Connor is a British comedian, TV presenter and actor, best known for presenting game shows such as Gambit, Password, Name that tune, Crosswits and The Tom O’Connor Road Show for the BBC which was watched by over 12 million viewers each day. Tom appeared on The Comedians which was his television break, in the 70s and 80s he was the most popular face on British TV.

He made his television acting debut in 2000 as Father Tom a catholic priest in Doctors. Tom also received an award in 2006 for appearing as a guest on Countdown 100 times. In 2010 he won Celebrity Come Dine With Me scoring 29/30. Tom then went on to win £500 for charity on Pointless the BBC game show as they made it through to the final.
